How To Cut Down On Caffeine
You should first start off by monitoring how much caffeine you are consuming on a daily basis, read the contents of the food/drinks that you are consuming. From there you can analyse where you should make changes to your diet, simply switching to decaf can make a huge difference. Switch to sugar-free drinks rather than energy drinks.
